A.Michel (the "Firm") located in Mexico City, is responsible for the protection of personal information gathered from its clients, prospects and other persons, which will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations (collectively the "Personal Information Protection Law").

All our processes are constantly monitored in order to provide the appropriate protection and care to the information. As a general guideline, the Firm will only disclose personal information in accordance with the laws in force that regulate its activities (tax, labor, social security, consumer protection, judicial authority requirements, etc.), in compliance with the applicable laws and according to the measures that the different authorities consider as reasonably necessary.
In accordance with Article 36 of the Personal Information Protection Law and Article 68 of its Regulations, our clients expressly consent and authorize any transfer of their personal information that the Firm makes to its related companies, subsidiaries, suppliers or clients. In addition, the Firm guarantees that the transfers made will fulfill at all times with the provisions of the aforementioned articles.
The Firm has security measures for the protection, confidentiality and assurance of our clients' personal information in order to restrict access to such information by unauthorized persons. Likewise, our employees, representatives, subcontractors, consultants and / or third parties involved at any time in the handling of personal information of our clients will maintain confidentiality regarding such information, this obligation will subsist until after the end of the relationship with such persons.
